Job Description
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Java-based software development initiatives.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.

Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.

Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality standards.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Manage resource allocation and team performance.

Support technical decision-making and provide guidance on Java technologies when needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
Experience in Java programming and development.
