Job Description
Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Provide day-to-day operational oversight, information dissemination, question resolution, and issue management.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with st akeholders and end users to plan, configure systems, and develop solutions that achieve needed objectives.

System Deployment: Oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all aspects to ensure smooth implementation.

KPI Monitoring: Monitor defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across several technologies. Implement action plans when metrics fall below agreed KPIs.

Customer Education: Ensure customers are educated on tools using available company resources.

Change Management: Develop and/or validate Change Requests and Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs).

Asset Management Coordination: Serve as an IT Asset Management Coordinator by managing the delivery process for assets in Altiris.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience in service delivery management within ITMS or similar environments

Strong understanding of Workday applications
