Job Description

Responsibilities

·         Utilize deep knowledge of Consumer-Packaged Goods & Retail (CPGR) industry to understand client needs and effectively communicate how IT applications can address their specific challenges.

·         Utilize domain understanding and synergize it with Genpact’s offering to make compelling solutions.

·         Closely work with Solution Architect, Delivery Tower Leads and Sales to design the right solution and effort estimation.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

·         Create and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations that align with client needs and objectives.

·         Develop and present engaging product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase our capabilities effectively.

·         Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.

·         End to end ownership of project managing the RFX response.

·         Close collaboration with the pricing team.

·         Desing, own and lead the SOW creation to submission process, engaging with multiple teams – sales, solution architect, delivery, commercial and legal teams.

·         Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to stay informed and provide strategic insights to the sales team.
