Excellent capabilities in process designing and redesigning.

Work closely with client/stakeholders, execute workshops, with an ability to understand business requirements and showcase the proposed solution at a detailed level that can be translated into technical solution.

Converting processes into user stories and working closely with tech team. If deliverables are Process design or document, then should be capable to create business requirement documents and process map.

Articulating the business requirement to technical team.

Test cases validation, provide support to QA in providing business understanding, validation of test scripts, participation in UAT test case execution planning and status reporting of UAT in progress.

Identifying the integration points and mechanism including the security aspects.

Data model definition, mapping of business process with the features of Salesforce and identifying the custom work that needs to be done.

Estimate the efforts and create schedule.
