Role Overview:

As a Senior Pre-Sales Executive , you will be the first voice of the brand the bridge between aspiration and reality. You will engage with high-intent leads generated through digital and referral channels, understand their lifestyle aspirations, and guide them towards discovering their perfect home with TG Developers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage promptly with qualified leads from online and offline campaigns.
  • Understand the clients investment goals, location preferences, and design sensibilities.
  • Present TGs luxury projects with a personalized, consultative approach.
  • Schedule and coordinate project walkthroughs with the Sales and CRM teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and insights in the CRM for lead tracking and performance review.
  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales service that reflects the brands premium ethos.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion ratios.

  • Desired Profile:
    • 24 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / customer engagement (luxury or premium segment preferred).
    • Excellent communication skills with a refined and confident personality.
    • Fluent in English ; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.
    • Ability to understand client psychology and sell through trust and relationship building.
    • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems.
    • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about the art of high-value sales.
