Shift Timings :
- India Growth Team [10am - 7pm] - CTC up to 9L fixed + incentives
- US Growth Team [6pm - 3am] - CTC up to 12L fixed + incentives

Your Role:
- Maintain CEO/CFO relationships with enterprise-level customers.
- Drive sales through new customer acquisition.
- Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel and independently close accounts.
- Address complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products.
- Generate leads using tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other prospecting platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls with exporters and importers, engaging directly with CXOs.
- Collect necessary documents for underwriting and coordinate appointments for field sales agents.
Our Checklist:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
