Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Presales Engineer with deep expertise in the Apple ecosystem and JAMF management solutions. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team, customers, and OEM partnerscrafting compelling solution architectures, driving product adoption, and showcasing how Conquer delivers smart, secure, sustainable IT.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Consultation & Solutioning
- Understand customer requirements and map them to Apple + JAMF solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops, assessments, and requirement gathering.
- Design end-to-end mobility, device management, and security architectures.
- Create tailored PoCs and demos highlighting Apple ecosystem advantages.
Presales Support & Enablement
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals.
- Support the sales team with BoQs, solution write-ups, RFP/RFI responses.
- Recommend best practices for deployment, security, compliance, and automation.
Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor on Apple endpoint security, device lifecycle, MDM, and zero-touch deployment.
- Guide customers on JAMF Pro/School/Connect implementation models.
- Collaborate with enterprise IT teams during evaluation and pilot phases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams for seamless handovers.
- Engage with OEM partners like Apple, JAMF, and distributors for updates, training, and joint GTMs.
- Provide technical inputs for webinars, events, and customer-facing content.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem: macOS, iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP.
- Proven hands-on experience with JAMF Pro, JAMF School, or similar MDM platforms.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and customer communication skills.
- Certifications (preferred):
- JAMF 100/200/300/370
- Apple Device Support / Apple Deployment & Management
