Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Pre-Sales & Solutioning leader to lead enterprise solution design and support high-value deal pursuits. This role will act as a key bridge between Sales, Practice & Delivery teams, combining technical depth with commercial acumen to shape winning solutions.
The incumbent will engage with CXO level stakeholders, lead RFP responses, drive solution workshops, and play a critical role in revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for strategic pursuits, RFPs/RFIs, and large enterprise deals.
- Engage with customers to understand business needs, conduct discovery sessions, and assess solution feasibility.
- Architect tailored, scalable solutions aligned to client objectives and AbsoluteLabs offerings.
- Drive compelling client presentations, executive demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Own technical responses for RFPs and ensure alignment with scope, best practices, and commercial viability.
- Support pricing strategy, estimations, and margin optimization in collaboration with Sales and Delivery.
- Position AbsoluteLabs effectively through competitive analysis and differentiated value propositions.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Mentor pre-sales consultants and strengthen reusable solution assets and documentation.
Skill & Qualification:
- 10+ years in IT Services/Consulting with strong Pre-Sales/Solutioning experience.
- Proven track record in supporting and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Strong expertise across Cloud, Salesforce, Data, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive communication skills.
- BE/BTech/MBA(Marketing) preferred.
