About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Pre-Primary Teacher who can also take up coordination responsibilities for the Pre-Primary section. The candidate should have strong classroom experience along with the ability to guide and support other teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences for pre-primary students.
• Coordinate and guide the pre-primary teaching team.
• Ensure smooth implementation of the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, and student development.
• Conduct teacher mentoring and provide academic support to the team.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Organize events, activities, and assessments for the pre-primary section.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with B.Ed / Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Years teaching.
• Prior leadership or coordination experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
