Job Description
We're a fast-growing Performance Marketing agency that's tripled in size over the last 3 years and we're looking for a Senior PPC Specialist specialist to help us keep that momentum going. You'll own strategy and execution across Paid Search and Paid Social, work directly with clients and have a real say in how we do things.

What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Plan, build, and manage Paid Search (Google/Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) campaigns end-to-end, from initial account setup and strategy through to ongoing optimisation.
- Own daily campaign management: budget pacing, bid strategies, negative keyword hygiene, and audience/category exclusions.
- Write and test compelling ad copy, optimise landing pages, and refine conversion tracking to continually push performance forward.
Data-Driven Optimisation
- Leverage GA4, platform analytics, and third-party tools to surface insights, diagnose issues, and identify growth opportunities before clients even ask.
- Conduct thorough account audits and document clear, prioritised recommendations.
- Run structured A/B and beta tests; analyse results and translate them into actionable strategy shifts.
- Build and optimise full-funnel marketing flows, including CRO, email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation where relevant.
Client Partnership
- Partner closely with our Client Services team to communicate performance clearly: wins, opportunities, and honest forecasts.
- Join client calls, present strategy, and build the kind of trust that turns good client relationships into long-term ones.
- Contribute strategic recommendations that go beyond the brief. You'll be expected to spot the angle that others don't.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years managing complex Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across diverse industries and budgets.
- Proven track record across both lead generation and e-commerce. You know which metrics matter in each context.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads; Microsoft Ads experience is a plus.
- Strong grasp of attribution modelling and how attribution choices shape bidding and reporting decisions.
- Comfortable working in GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets. You build reports people actually read.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Analytics) required; additional certifications welcomed.
- Experience with funnel and automation tools (email/SMS/WhatsApp platforms) is a bonus.
