We are building a high-performance digital marketing team in Bangalore as part of a global organisation bringing its digital marketing capability into its technology centre in India. This is a major growth initiative and an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, aggressive performance marketer to play a key role in scaling paid advertising for major UK B2B clients.

We are looking for a Senior PPC & Paid Advertising Manager who is highly experienced with Google Ads and Meta advertising and who thrives in a fast-moving environment where performance, lead generation and measurable results are the focus.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership of significant campaigns, work directly with senior leadership and help build a world-class digital marketing capability from Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PPC and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid platforms.
• Drive B2B lead generation campaigns for UK clients, focusing on strong CPL, CPA and ROI performance.
• Continuously optimise campaigns through keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding and creative testing.
• Work closely with creative and sales teams to maximise conversion performance and lead quality.
• Analyse campaign performance and aggressively optimise campaigns to drive growth.
• Support the development of a high-performing paid advertising capability within the Bangalore team.

Requirements

• 812 years experience in PPC and performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
• Strong experience running lead generation campaigns, ideally in B2B sectors.
• Experience working with UK or international markets is highly desirable.
• Highly analytical, performance-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment.
