Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Role Summary

The Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade automation and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps, and solution integration, with complementary experience in .NET development. The position also contributes to technical decision-making, solution optimization, and mentoring within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions.
• Build and customize Power Apps, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages.
• Implement scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of solutions.

Stakeholder & Collaboration

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and delivery teams to understand requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into effective Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members when required.

Platform & Integration

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and external APIs.
• Customize Model-Driven Apps using JavaScript and Plugins.
• Ensure secure and efficient data access and integration patterns.

Governance & Quality

• Follow Power Platform best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Ensure solution reliability, scalability, and compliance with organizational guidelines.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to automation strategy and platform adoption initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay updated with Power Platform enhancements and emerging capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 35 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience working in enterprise or multi-application environments.

Skills

• Strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop/RPA).
• Good experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, SQL Server, and Power Apps integrations.
• Familiarity with .NET development (added advantage).
• Good communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills.

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
