Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in SQL and Snowflake to design and deliver scalable, highperformance BI and analytics solutions.
This role requires ownership of endtoend reporting architecture, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and mentoring of junior BI resources.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprisegrade Power BI dashboards and reports.
Architect and maintain semantic data models using Snowflake as the enterprise data warehouse.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and transformations.
Develop advanced DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs for analytical use cases.
Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting standards and metrics.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security including RowLevel Security (RLS).
Optimize Power BI datasets, refresh strategies, and report performance.
Review and guide BI development standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Support production issues and continuous enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

810 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics roles.
Expertlevel Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service).
Strong SQL expertise with performance tuning.
Handson Snowflake experience (schemas, views, transformations, cost optimization).
Solid understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Experience working with large enterprise datasets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
