Job Description

Job Overview


Were hiring a Senior Product Manager with 4+ years of PM experience to own and scale our Agentic AI + AI Journey products:

  1. AI Agents for Conversations: Agents that converse with customers across channels and perform actions like order management (order status, cancellations, returns, refunds, address changes, COD confirmation, product discovery, etc.)
  2. AI Agents for Journeys: Agents that analyze customer behavior and intent, choose the right strategy, and send relevant content at the right time on the right channeldriving conversion, retention, and revenue.

A critical expectation: you will make the platform deeply self-serving, reducing dependence on CSM/support for setup and optimization, and driving product-led adoption.


Key Product Ownership Areas

1) Agentic AI for commerce conversations (multi-channel)

  • Define agent experiences across WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and other channels: tone, context, fallbacks, and handover to human helpdesk.
  • Build agent capabilities for pre-sales + post-sales use cases.
  • Ship tool/action execution within conversations (e.g., order lookups, cancellations, returns, refunds, address updates) with strong guardrails and auditability.
  • Design human-in-the-loop workflows: escalation rules, agent-assist for human agents, quality review loops.


2) AI Agents for journeys (strategy + timing)

  • Build AI Journey Agents that:
  • Analyze customer signals (purchase behavior, engagement, intent, product affinity),
  • Choose strategy (convert, upsell, winback, reduce returns, etc.),
  • Trigger personalization and timing across channels.
  • Create reusable strategy packs / templates for common e-commerce problems (abandon cart, browse, replenishment, churn risk, COD confirmation, post-purchase nudges).


3) Self-serve platform & product-led adoption (core)

  • You will own the end-to-end self-serve experience so merchants can discover configure launch optimize with minimal external help:
  • Guided onboarding: step-by-step setup, checklists, recommended defaults, progressive activation.
  • Templates & presets: agent templates, journey recipes, industry playbooks, sample content.
  • In-product education: contextual guidance, examples, what to do next recommendations.
  • Preview/testing tools: sandboxes, simulations, validation, safe rollouts, QA tooling.
  • Self-serve diagnostics: explainability for outcomes (why agent escalated, why message failed, which action failed).
  • Optimization loops: insights recommendations one-click improvements (timing, audience, content, channel mix).


How Youll Leverage AI as a Product Manager

We expect you to actively leverage AI to increase speed and quality of execution:

  • Synthesize discovery: calls/feedback themes PRD hypotheses and priorities
  • Rapidly prototype flows: prompts, tool/action specs, edge cases, conversation scripts
  • Analytics acceleration: interpret funnels/cohorts/anomalies (with data validation)
  • Build internal PM accelerators: PRD assistants, QA checklists, release notes, support insight summaries
  • (You own judgment and correctness; AI is a tool, not the decision-maker.)


Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven execution: shipped products end-to-end with cross-functional leadership
  • Strong product sense: problem framing, prioritization, UX thinking, and metrics orientation
  • Strong analytical ability: funnels, cohorts, experimentation mindset
  • Working understanding of AI/LLM products (prompting, tool calling, evaluation, guardrails)

Good to have

  • E-commerce experience (Shopify/OMS/support flows), conversational UX, messaging platforms
  • Experience building self-serve onboarding / PLG or reducing operational dependency via product design
