Senior Pharmacologist

Job Description

• Lead de novo drug discovery programs end-to-end, driving program leadership and hands-on experimental data generation.
• Deliver lead compounds or clinical candidates in cardiovascular system (CVS) and central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance projects from discovery to clinic, leveraging expertise in biotech/pharma environments
• Integrate TechBio or technology-driven processes to optimize discovery workflows, data analysis, and target validation.
• Mentor junior scientists, analyze complex pharmacological data (e.g., PK/PD, bioequivalence akin to your background), and contribute to regulatory-aligned documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10- 15 years of hands-on experience in de novo drug discovery, with proven program leadership and direct experimental data generation (mandatory).
• Deep expertise in CVS & CNS therapeutic areas, including successful delivery of leads/candidates to clinics (biotech/pharma preferred).
• Demonstrated interest in TechBio, AI/ML-driven discovery, or technology-enabled processes (e.g., computational pharmacology, high-throughput screening).
