Job Description
Role goal
Own and scale Trackks entire performance engine. This role is about driving efficient, scalable growth across digital channels with a strong bias towards data, experimentation, and full-funnel ownership.
What youll do
Lead all performance marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Store Ads, and experiments on Reddit, X, Telegram, and affiliate partnerships (fintech tie-ups).
Own budget planning, projections, daily reporting, and P&L outcomes (this is a 24/7, high-ownership role).
Design and run structured experiments across creatives, communication, audiences, and funnels.
Drive event-based optimisation with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and delivery mechanics.
Work closely with product to improve app onboarding, conversion rates, and retention, backed by data.
Partner with creative teams to define clear creative requirements, testing frameworks, and feedback loops.
Build and refine ICP-led acquisition for Tier 1 & Tier 2, 1835 new-gen users. What were looking for
Strong hands-on expertise in Google, Meta, and App Store Ads (not just oversight).
Experience managing 35 Cr+ monthly ad spends at scale.
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, optimisation logic, and scaling constraints.
High comfort with martech integrations, tracking, attribution, and event frameworks.
Data-first mindset: every decision backed by numbers, not opinions.
Strong grasp of full-funnel optimisation from click to install to onboarding to activation.
Comfortable with daily reporting, rapid iteration, and owning results end-to-end.

Prior experience influencing product and creative teams through data insights.
