Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager D2C Fashion, based in Mumbai. The role involves developing and managing performance marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing digital ads, managing budgets, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. The candidate will work in collaboration with creative and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, including performance marketing, social media, and analytics
  • Skills in market analysis, campaign optimization, and ROI tracking
  • Proficiency in digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing budgets and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights for actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in fashion or retail marketing with a focus on D2C business models is highly desirable
  • 47+ years in Performance Marketing
  • Strong D2C fashion / lifestyle experience (non-negotiable)
  • Proven track record of:
  • Scaling Meta Ads beyond 50L+ monthly spend
  • Maintaining profitable ROAS
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Fashion funnels
  • Creative-first performance marketing
  • Hands-on execution (not just strategy)
  • Comfortable working infast-moving startup environments


Work type:

  • Full-time
  • In-house (preferred) / Hybrid
  • Mumbai (or similar D2C ecosystem preferred)
  • CTC (12-18 lacs per annum)
