Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives, foster growth opportunities, and enhance brand visibility. Based in Gurugram, this is an on-site role. The day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, leading marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also requires identifying market trends, optimizing customer acquisition efforts, and aligning sales and marketing goals to maximize business impact.

This role is not limited to content posting or ad monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy & performance discussions
• Manage Meta & Google Ads
• Oversee content planning & creative coordination
• Drive KPIs: CPL, ROAS, engagement & retention
• Own end-to-end marketing results

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital/agency marketing
• Strong paid ads & performance marketing expertise
• Experience handling multiple accounts
• Confident client communication
• Organized, process-driven approach

Preferred Background

• Agency experience handling 4 to 6 accounts
• Experience in real estate performance campaigns
• Experience in B2B industries
• Experience working with teams for lead quality feedback
