As a Founder of Wildglow Cosmetics, I am looking to hire a serious Performance Marketing Leader who understands profitable scaling not just campaign execution.

Were scaling aggressively and preparing to deploy 2 Cr+ per month across Meta & Google.

Target: 4X+ blended ROAS with strong contribution margins.

This is not a campaign manager role.

This is a revenue ownership role.

Im looking for someone who:

Has 69 years of hands-on performance experience

Has managed 50 Lakh+ monthly budgets

Understands CAC, MER, LTV & contribution margin

Knows Meta scaling frameworks & Google PMax deeply

Has scaled a D2C brand profitably

Mumbai | Work From Office
