• Plan, execute, and optimizeMeta & Google Ads campaigns
• Managemultiple client accounts and monthly budgets
• Build and refineperformance funnels(Awareness to Conversion)
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for better ROAS
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics
• Drivescaling, experimentation, and continuous optimization

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of experience inperformance marketing within an agency
• Strong hands-on expertise inMeta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience handlingmultiple brands and budgets
• Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking
• Comfortable in anon-site, fast-moving agency environment

Understands modern audience targeting dynamics, including the shift frominterest-based targeting to creative-led performance strategies
