Time - 08pm to 12pm(Midnight)
Salary - 20-25k INR per month
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Performance Marketer (Paid Ads Manager) - The Performance Marketer will oversee and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve targeted goals. Responsibilities include planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns, keyword research, writing compelling ad copy, analyzing campaign performance, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to align advertising efforts with business objectives.
What we need this person to do
- Build and manage campaigns in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Ads retargeting(Display/YouTube remarketing)
- Create and iteratead copy(primary text, headlines, descriptions, CTAs) and developcopy variationsfor testing.
- Implementaudience targeting/segmentationacross 12 US States using defined producer filters (we will provide targeting criteria and can provide lists/segments as needed).
- Weekly optimization: budgets, placements, audiences, frequency, creative rotation, performance checks.
- Provideweeklyreporting(what ran, what changed, results, next-month plan).
- Operate with acompliance-friendly workflow(regulated industry): version control, approvals, no unapproved claims.

- Landing pagedesign/build/hosting/publishingis handled by our team (GoHighLevel).
- We will coordinate with the carrier forcompliance review and final approvals.
Ideal candidate profile
- 7+ yearshands-on experience managingMeta AdsandLinkedIn Ads(must have both).
- Has managedmulti-US statesor segmented campaigns and can show a structured testing approach.
- Comfortable with awareness and/or lead-gen campaigns and can explain how they measure success.
- Can provide proof (screen share or screenshots with client names blurred) of real accounts and results.
Proof required (non-negotiable)
Candidates eligible only who can provide:
- A brief portfolio or 23 examples of campaigns they managed (budget range + objective + results), and
- A brief 1-2 minutes of video demonstrating Paid Ads experience and skills.
- Evidence of access/experience inbothMeta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
