About the Client
Our client has recently secured a large-scale, enterprise-wide Pega transformation programme covering key domains across financial services, insurance, and healthcare.
To support this initiative, they are partnering with us to build a pioneer team of 50 Pega professionals by year end covering the full delivery lifecycle from design to deployment.
This is a rare opportunity to join a new Pega delivery organisation from the ground up, gain exposure to complex enterprise use cases, and accelerate your growth with a steep learning curve alongside certified architects, solution leaders, and Agile delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities
As a Pega Developer, you will be involved in designing, configuring, and delivering Pega applications aligned with best practices and enterprise standards.
Your responsibilities include:
Technical Delivery
- Design, build, and configure Pega applications using Pega Platform capabilities
- Translate business requirements and process flows into scalable technical solutions
- Develop case lifecycles, data models, business rules, and decision logic
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, and standard APIs
- Participate in design sessions, solution reviews, and performance tuning activities
Collaboration & Governance
- Work with Business Architects, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders
- Ensure all implementations adhere to Pega guardrails and design standards
- Contribute to reusable components, frameworks, and best practice patterns
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Agile & DevOps
- Work within Agile delivery teams (Scrum/SAFe)
- Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for Pega Cloud or on-prem environments
- Assist with test automation (Selenium, Postman, PTAK, JUnit) and integration testing
What Were Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 7-10 years of hands-on Pega development experience
- Strong understanding of case management, flows, rules, data types, and integrations
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
- Basic knowledge of SQL, API validation, and test automation tools
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
Nice to Have
- Domain experience in: Banking (KYC, fraud, complaints), Insurance (claims, underwriting), Healthcare (appeals, claims management)
- Exposure to Constellation UI or modern Pega features
