Senior Pega Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join our team . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Pega development and be passionate about building scalable, enterprise-level solutions in the healthcare domain. If you are Pega CSSA certified and have 8+ years of strong hands-on experience, we want to hear from you!

Loc: Hyderabad 5days office

Exp: 7+years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC applications (version 8.x and above).
• Develop Case Management solutions and implement complex Rule Resolution strategies.
• Integrate systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with QA and support teams to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Development (PRPC).
• Strong experience in Pega 8.x, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Solid understanding of Case Management and Rule Resolution in Pega.
• Must be Pega CSSA Certified (Certified Senior System Architect).
• Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Domain expertise in Healthcare especially Claims and EDI processes.
• Exposure to Agentic AI technologies and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
