Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development
• Pega Version Experience: v8.X, v24.X
• At least 1 year of strong Constellation experience
• Expertise in Case Types, Data Pages, Activities, Flows, Decision Rules
• Experience with Constellation Portals, Views, OOTB DX Components, and debugging
• Strong skills in PEGA reporting, security, and rule resolution
• Integration experience: REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services
• Good knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with custom UI components using DX APIs
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Pega deployment processes
• Exposure to cloud-based Pega environments
• Understanding of performance tuning and guardrail compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Case Types, Data Pages, Activities, Flows, and Decision Rules as per Pega best practices
• Build and enhance Constellation-based UI: Portals, Views, OOTB DX components, and custom solutions
• Develop reports, correspondence rules, and security configurations
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, connectors, and services
• Deliver assigned stories with high-quality and proper documentation
• Perform debugging, issue resolution, and collaborate effectively with the team
