Hiring: Senior Payroll Processor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Processor to manage end-to-end client payroll operations in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have strong payroll processing expertise, statutory compliance knowledge, and excellent Excel skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients within defined SLA timelines.
• Handle payroll change management including increments, variable pay, LOP, reimbursements, deductions, and recoveries.
• Process salary arrears arising from backdated salary revisions accurately.
• Perform payroll validations and ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and outputs.
• Calculate Income Tax (TDS) for employees, including investment declarations and tax adjustments.
• Manage Full & Final settlements, gratuity payouts, leave encashment, and employee exits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including:
• PF
• ESIC
• Professional Tax (PT)
• Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
• Bonus & Gratuity
• Support audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve payroll queries effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing.
• Good understanding of TDS calculations and individual income tax workings.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, shortcut keys, data validation).
• Experience working in SLA-driven or client payroll environments.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
