Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA region employees.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for accurate payroll execution.
- Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and maintain payroll system accuracy.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll operations for EMEA region .
- Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
