Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management: End-to-end handling of Indian payroll processes for 1000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes in line with company policies.
  • Annual Merit & Appraisals: Drive annual merit review cycles, performance appraisal activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Labour Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to resolve payroll and HR-related queries.
  • Employee Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels to address employee concerns and foster engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll and HR operations for efficiency and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Indian payroll management within a corporate setup.
  • Strong track record of managing payroll for large employee bases (1000+ employees).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation & benefits administration.
  • Exposure to annual merit activities and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Immediate availability is mandatory.
