Rx100 Venture Operator is a Bangalore-headquartered, sector-focused deep-tech venture operator holding company supporting the creation and scaling of Robotics and AI-led businesses for Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. The firm provides partnership capital, foundational technology, and structured operating support to significantly accelerate commercialization and reduce execution risk. Rx100s flagship venture operator, Geninfy Robotics Lab (GRL), has successfully established two businesses in Warehouse Automation and Facility Management Automation, achieving productmarket fit, paid customers, and deployments across more than 20 large enterprises.

Leadership Accountability

The Senior Partner / Business Leader is a senior executive role with full P&L ownership and a mandate to drive sustainable growth, enterprise value creation, and capital raising. The role provides strategic leadership across vision, commercialization, capital planning and fundraising, organizational development, and governance, working closely with the Board and Holding Company leadership to scale the business into a globally relevant Robotics & AI enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term business strategy aligned with Board objectives.
• Provide executive oversight of product, technology, and market roadmap decisions for portfolio companies under the Holding company.
• Lead capital planning/strategy, investor engagement, and fundraising efforts for the holding company.
• Accelerate execution and asset growth through a well-established enterprise relationships and industry network across Real Estate, Facilities Management, Warehousing, Energy, Aviation, or related sectors.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-caliber senior management team.
• Ensure operational excellence, financial discipline, and performance management.
• Establish strong governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Represent the venture operator holding company with investors, private equity funds, and other stakeholders.

Executive Search Profile

• Senior Partner with 15+ years of leadership experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Warehousing, Energy, Aviation, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated general management capability across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Experience leading scaled businesses, business units, or portfolio companies.
• An extensive industry network including active engagement with HNIs, UHNWIs, Promoter Groups, Family Offices and Private Equity Funds.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Prior founder or co-founder experience, combined with pan-India leadership exposure, is essential; international experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 / 5.0 solutions preferred.
• IIM/ISB candidates would be preferable.
• Typical age bracket: 4050 years (flexible based on experience and track record).
