About Us


We are a 25-year-old Recruitment Process Organization (RPO) based in Delhi NCR, servicing diverse industry sectors across multiple verticals and geographies. With a strong legacy of delivering high-quality talent solutions, we partner with leading organizations to fulfill strategic and operational hiring needs across levels.


We are looking to onboard an experienced Partner-Recruitments who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also handling client relationships professionally.


Role Overview


The TA partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment assignments across industries and levels from junior roles to leadership mandates including client coordination, sourcing strategy, screening, negotiation, and closure.


This is a performance-driven, outcome-focused role suitable for a self-motivated recruitment professional.


Key Responsibilities:


1. End-to-End Recruitment


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement understanding sourcing screening coordination offer onboarding follow-up
  • Handle mandates across industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, BFSI, Engineering, Infrastructure, etc.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and database mining
  • Conduct structured interviews and competency assessments


2. Client Management


  • Understand client hiring needs and business context
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability feedback
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding pipeline and progress
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business


3. Stakeholder Coordination


  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement
  • Handle objections and close positions within agreed timelines


4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
  • Ensure documentation and hiring compliance
  • Provide weekly performance updates



Incumbent Profile:


  • Proven experience of 10+ years in full-cycle recruitment (agency/RPO preferred)
  • Exposure to multi-industry hiring across levels
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
  • Strong client-handling and relationship management skills
  • High ownership and accountability mindset
