Role Purpose:

In this role, you will lead, coordinate, and mentor the team, guide high-achieving students, and ensure smooth and high-quality execution of the entire admissions process. Candidates with experience working with top-ranked universities globally.

Key Accountabilities.

• Manage counselling, applications, and conversions while ensuring a high-quality student experience.
• Provide personalized guidance on universities, programs, admissions, and documentation, while maintaining best practices and timely follow-ups.
• Participate in events, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute ideas tom improve processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 712 years of experience in overseas education counselling or related advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of global education systems and university admissions processes, with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage the full counselling cycle independently with high service standards.
• Preferred: Experience handling top-tier student profiles and working with global universities.
