Job Summary:
As a System Integration Architect for ORAN vRAN, you will be responsible for integrating, testing, and optimizing the overall performance of the vRAN network. You will work closely with the Network Planning, Design, and Deployment teams to ensure that the vRAN system is integrated seamlessly with other network elements and platforms.

Job Description:

• Candidates should have 7-10 years of total experience and Minium 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom RAN System Integration and System Validation & Testing
• End-to-end wireless cellular system knowledge specially into O-RAN,5G, LTE, and 5G, LTE core network elements
• Hands on experience in managing E2E Telecom LAB including all the network components.
• Strong understanding of ORAN architecture, protocols, and interfaces (e.g., O-RAN Alliance specifications)
• Knowledge about 3GPP standards with all related flows and protocols
• Test, evaluate and bring up Open RAN (O-RAN) based 5G System, BBU (CU and DU) and remote radio head units (RRU) and RIC DUTs in controlled lab wireless environments.
• Experience with handling of specific test equipment (signal generator, signal analyzer, UE simulators (Viavi/Keysight), (QXDM/QCAT)
• Perform RAN and core network management system validation including configuration, performance, and fault management, RAN profiles and device management.
• Test and debug customer/ OEM deployment issues and partner with OEMs for resolution through development engineers.
• Good understanding & hands on experience in log analysis, capturing packets via Wireshark, to resolve issues.
• Hands on experience in any cloud native solution is preferrable.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. At least 7 years of experience in system integration, testing, and optimization of wireless networks.

3. Experience with ORAN and vRAN systems is required.

4. Strong knowledge of LTE, 5G, and wireless network protocols.

5. Experience with network planning, design, and deployment.

6. Experience with scripting and automation is a plus.

7. Experience with Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices and Kubernetes based architectures is a plus.
