Senior Oracle HCM Cloud

Job Requirements*

4 to 8 + Years of experience in Oracle HRMS/HCM Cloud modules

1. Strong proficiency in HRMS/HCM Cloud functional processes and experience with relevant technical tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL load, BI, OTBI Reports, Workflow, Fast formulas.
2. Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively

Key Responsibilities*

1. Design, develop, and support integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, and FBDI/Spreadsheet Loader

2. Develop and execute HDL data loads for employees, work structures, payroll, and talent modules

3. Build integrations using HCM REST APIs and SOAP Web Services

4. Troubleshoot technical issues in live environments (Extract failures, HDL errors, API issues, BIP errors)

5. Design and develop integrations using OIC Integration Cloud
