Job Description:

Senior Oracle DBA with Automation Experience

Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible and scripting languages like Python or Shell to automate.

Strong hands-on experience in developing and deploying automation scripts with Ansible. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, playbooks, and best practices. Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools like Git to store automation scripts.

Ansible-vault experience to secure passwords. Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to design efficient database architectures and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation implementations and database performance, performing root cause analysis when necessary.

Database installation, configuration, and patching. Provisioning of new database environments, Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing procedures. OKV Key management and administration. Hands-on experience in using roles, handlers. Understanding of Exadata Architecture
