Location: Bangalore


Consultant/Lead Software Engineer 10+ yrs Oracle HCM Integration (OIC)

Should have 10+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist with a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations. Expertise in 2 full lifecycle development, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise applications, using OIC services and best practices. Technical professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Function as a consultant for functional streams. Participates in business development activities and design/build solutions for the project requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expert on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud HCM with strong experience in designing and building interfaces in any of 3 HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation and Talent Suite) involving internal and third-party system integrations.
  • Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
  • The candidate must have Functional expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Design, develop, and deploy complex, high-volume integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Talent, etc.) with internal and third-party systems.
  • Utilize SOAP and REST web services to retrieve and update data across various HCM modules, ensuring seamless data exchange and connectivity.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Perform hands-on unit and system integration testing for new and enhanced integrations and contribute to overall testing strategy.
  • Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for absence and time management processes. Perform fit-gap analysis and design a solution based on Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enable end-users and provide post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with other functional and technical streams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive solution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges
  • Raising SR, coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on configuration
  • Should have completed at least 2 implementation projects on the above-mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
  • The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
