Role Description

As a Senior Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex programs, ensuring successful execution, and optimizing operational workflows. You will oversee end-to-end program management, track progress against deliverables, and report on performance to stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management to coordinate multiple projects, meet timelines, and deliver results.
• Proficient Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize workflows, identify efficiencies, and assess data-driven metrics.
• Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and clear reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, AI-centric environment and provide strategic insights to drive growth.
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred; Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience in AI, technology consulting, or digital commerce industries will be advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in fast-paced or client-facing environments
