Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive with strong experience in international travel operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end booking management, ground handling coordination, vendor follow-ups, and customer briefings before travel.

The candidate must clearly understand how international trips are executed on the ground and should be comfortable handling customers, suppliers, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

Booking & Operations Management

Handle end-to-end operations for confirmed international bookings

Manage hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and activities

Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, and ground partners

Ensure all services are booked, reconfirmed, and delivered as per itinerary

Track deadlines for vouchers, confirmations, and service cut-offs


Ground Handling & Vendor Coordination

Act as the main point of contact with ground partners and DMCs

Ensure smooth airport transfers, tours, and on-ground arrangements

Handle any on-trip issues or last-minute changes with suppliers

Escalate and resolve service-related concerns proactively


Customer Briefing & Travel Readiness

Conduct pre-travel briefings with customers before departure

Explain itinerary flow, transfers, hotel details, and activities

Brief customers on visas, travel documents, baggage, and local guidelines

Ensure customers are fully prepared and confident before travel


Internal Coordination

Work closely with Sales team post-booking handover

Update CRM with booking status, vouchers, and confirmations

Share final vouchers, documents, and emergency contacts with customers

Maintain clear documentation and checklists for every booking


Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in international travel operations

Strong hands-on experience in booking hotels, transfers, and tours

Clear understanding of ground handling and DMC coordination

Experience in customer briefings and post-sales support

Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

Strong communication and coordination skills

Comfortable working with CRM and operations systems

Calm and solution-oriented approach during issues or escalations
