Job Description
Prime Now is a premium supply chain that is capable of delivering orders within 2 hours of placement.

This role is based out of our Bangalore corporate office and is for an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands

- obsessed individual.
This is a highly visible and critical function at Amazon, the scope of which includes driving ownership, earning trust of stakeholders to delivering results.
This position involves regular communication with senior management, project sponsors on status, risks and change control.
Stakeholder management, cross
- team coordination and executive presentation skills are must.

Key job responsibilities
The incumbent will own the following
-
1) They will be responsible for working with category, finance, Operations team, Instock managers and other Amazon teams to drive the inventory health charter across Fresh business
2) The incumbent will be responsible for driving improvement in sellable inventory % and enabling cube rotation for inbound of high selling ASINs and minimizing excess and deadwood inventory
3) The incumbent will drive the reversals process improvement and work on enhancing the reversals adherence
4) They will track the key metrics of the Inventory Health process and drive efficiency and improvement along with stakeholders.
5) They will liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks.
6) They will work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer
- facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
