Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Executive located in Gurugram.

1) The Senior Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient execution of tasks.

2) Responsibilities include managing operational processes, coordinating across departments, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

3) You will be expected to lead teams, maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, and contribute to optimizing workflows and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Candidates with prior experience in event management operations will be highly preferred.
• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in overseeing and optimizing processes
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to build strong team collaborations and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess data, generate insights, and drive informed decision-making
• Ability to lead teams effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in event production or experiential marketing is a strong advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
