Key Responsibilities:

Drive Supply Ops, monitor, and improve key operational metrics.
Analyze operational & business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
Work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Assisting in defining SOPs, tracking, ensuring adherence & execution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, supply,support, CRM, etc.)
Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.
