Job Description:

As a Senior Operations Executive at Supermoney, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining day-to-day operational processes across our fintech platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Finance, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution of operational workflows while maintaining high accuracy, efficiency, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise in fintech or financial services, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes.

Handle end-to-end operational workflows related to onboarding, transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and customer servicing.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance for smooth operations.

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Mentor and guide junior operations team members.

Drive automation and continuous process improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

47 years of experience in operations, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of operational processes, reconciliations, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and operational reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
