About the Role

The role involves managing and optimizing Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and performance while collaborating with development teams for seamless deployments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters
• Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and reliability of the platform
• Monitor cluster health and proactively resolve production issues
• Manage and support ODF (Ceph Storage) environments
• Implement container security best practices
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents
• Integrate and support CI/CD pipelines within OpenShift
• Conduct backup and disaster recovery operations
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployments
• Maintain proper documentation and operational procedures

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on OpenShift administration

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ODF / Ceph
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerization
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Strong networking & security knowledge in containerized environments
• Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
