Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Online Marketing Manager, based in Pune. The responsibilities include developing and executing online marketing campaigns, managing performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions, overseeing social media marketing efforts. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing and Online Marketing to drive measurable results.
• Atleast 5-6 years of experience into digital lead generation through Meta Native Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing and Strategy Planning
• Strong skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Experience in Real Estate Marketing and knowledge of optimization techniques to improve online lead gen and conversions.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance effectively.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for advertising and data analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing marketing teams would be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
