 JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Preparing Birth and Death registers

·         Conducting inter departmental trainings

·         Reporting communicable disease reports to health authorities

·         Preparing Monthly Hospital Statistical reports

·         International classification of diseases (ICD) Coding of diseases

·         Attending Patient and TPA queries

·         Maintaining and securing all medical records.

·         Verification and approval of Birth and death registration.

·         Birth and death report submission to govt.(BBMP)

·         Conducting & Participating in medical record audits

·         Conducting meetings

·         Attending queries related to court and police cases

·         Maintaining confidentiality
