Job Title: Sr. Officer - IT

Job Purpose:

To support and maintain the companys IT infrastructure by providing technical assistance, managing networks and systems, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a ticketing system for logging and tracking support requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure and communication systems.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects and system upgrades.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of Network, CCTV, access control systems, and security solutions.
• Set up and configure new computer systems, ensuring all necessary software and security updates are applied.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Participate in IT system upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support for enterprise applications and operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve computer performance issues, application errors, and connectivity problems.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Ensure efficient stock management of IT accessories and replacement parts.
• Coordinate repair and replacement processes for faulty or outdated equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensuring proper documentation and tagging.
• Support IT store operations, including inventory tracking and equipment distribution.
• Document IT processes, project activities, and troubleshooting steps

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in related field.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
