We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer Import to join our Shipping & Logistics team at Classic Fashion!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customs clearance for air, land & sea shipments

Prepare & verify import documentation (invoices, packing lists, declarations)

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders & authorities

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance

Update WFX/ERP systems and maintain import logs

Support procurement with import readiness checks

Calculate and verify import costings

What Were Looking For:

13 years experience in import/logistics roles

Strong knowledge of customs procedures & trade laws

Skill in documentation handling and data accuracy

Good communication & coordination skills

Proficiency in English
