Are you passionate about recruitment and excited to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment? We are looking for an Sr. Officer/Executive Talent Acquisition with strong HR experience in the garment/apparel industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endtoend recruitment for factory and support functions
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews and selection with department heads
• Handle bulk hiring as per manpower planning
• Manage onboarding & HR documentation
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure recruitment compliance and timely reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR / Management (MBA HR preferred)
• 46 years of relevant HR & Talent Acquisition experience in the garment/apparel sector
• Strong understanding of production functions (IE, Quality, Merchandising, Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
