JOB DESCRIPTION

1. PR TO PO Import, Domestic for In-House API Plant as well as import RM/PM/Excipient etc.

2. Import shipment R&D & Plant clearance, co-ordination with CHA & custom compliance fulfilment.

3. Appointment of Freight forwarder, follow up with overseas vendor & Ensure timely delivery of material.

4. Knowledge of working in SAP environment.

5. Coordinating with location, transporter, inter-departmental issues etc.

6. Negotiate effectively to procure at right price.

7. Data preparation import & for custom compliance fulfillment.

8. Import payment process & BOE submission in finance dept.
