BSE E-Agricultural Markets Limited (BeAM) is a subsidiary of the BSE Investments Limited. This BSE initiative is aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the Indian agricultural market leveraging the strengths of BSE in financial markets, market technology and its vibrant ecosystem.

BeAM is creating a modern ecosystem for Agricultural Markets and has leveraged on state-of-the-art technology to offer customized solutions to farmers, traders, and stakeholders to facilitate risk-free and hassle-free purchase and sale of various agri commodities. The platform will also help eliminate bottlenecks associated with procurement and trading.

We are looking for MBA (Agri) freshers to be positioned with BeAM.The job role of the prospective incumbents would be:

Help the Private Business Wing to identify target buyers and suppliers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Develop and execute follow up plans to nurture leads and convert them into

customers.

Generate and manage export sales leads.

Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends

Generate supply chain capabilities by building the required database of

potential suppliers for BeAM.

Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling,email&Whatsapp messages.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Expected personality traits:

1. Highly proactive and having initiative in improving the working environments

2. High energy levels and temperament to take up activities that have time

commitments

3. Open to learn new technological/digital tools that can improve the reporting

systems of an organization

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : Shall be decided based on interview.
