Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Senior Nutritionist & Centre Coordinator located in HSR, Bengaluru. You will be the clinical and operational anchor of our center. Your dual responsibility includes providing expert nutritional counseling to help clients achieve their health goals and overseeing the center's daily operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience. You will lead the clinical protocols, mentor the team, and ensure that the center maintains the highest standards of care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and design personalized, evidence-based metabolic health and weight management plans.
• Client Success: Provide high-level counseling and behavioral coaching to ensure long-term client adherence and results.
• Centre Coordination: Oversee daily center operations, ensuring the multidisciplinary team (doctors, front office, and specialists) is synchronized.
• Quality Control: Monitor client progress data and center feedback to continuously improve service delivery and clinical outcomes.
• Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for complex client cases and operational escalations within the HSR center.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics (Registered Dietitian/RD preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a clinical or premium wellness setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Clinical Expertise: Deep understanding of metabolic health, therapeutic diets (Diabetes, PCOS, etc.), and sustainable weight management.
• Operational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules, team workflows, and center resources effectively.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate clients and lead a team.
• Language: Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using nutrition software, Excel, and CRM/scheduling tools is a must.

Role Details

• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)
• Work Week: Tuesday to Sunday (Fixed off on Mondays)
• Urgency: This is a priority hire for our new center launch.
