Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Networking Sales Executive to drive enterprise networking solutions sales across Government, PSU, SMB, and Corporate sectors in Hyderabad and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Aruba and Juniper product and project sales, with established industry relationships and the ability to identify and convert opportunities across diverse market segments.


Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Aruba and Juniper networking solutions including switches, routers, wireless access points, network security appliances, and SD-WAN solutions across Government, PSU, SMB, and Corporate accounts

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships across all target sectors

Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across diverse customer segments

Conduct field visits to customer sites, deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to key decision-makers and stakeholders

Build and leverage strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and OEM partners to expand market reach

Collaborate with pre-sales technical teams to design appropriate network solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives

Stay current with Aruba and Juniper product portfolios, competitive landscape, and emerging networking technologies

Navigate Government and PSU procurement processes including tender submissions, GeM portal operations, and compliance requirements

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipeline, and activity reports in CRM systems

Travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby territories as required for client meetings, site surveys, and business development activities


Required Qualifications

5-8 years of proven experience in enterprise networking sales with demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Mandatory: Direct hands-on experience selling Aruba networking solutions (switches, wireless, network management platforms)

Mandatory: Direct hands-on experience selling Juniper networking solutions (switches, routers, security appliances)

Comprehensive experience across Government departments, PSU organizations, SMB enterprises, and large Corporate accounts

Strong understanding of Government procurement processes, tender documentation, and GeM portal operations

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

Established network of contacts within target market segments in Hyderabad and Telangana region

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage C-level executives

Strong business acumen with ability to identify and qualify complex networking projects

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory including regular field visits and client meetings

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications

Aruba Certified Sales Professional (ACSP) or Aruba Sales Specialist certification

Juniper Networks Sales Specialist certification (JNSS)

Experience with SD-WAN, network security, and cloud-managed networking solutions

Previous experience working with system integrators, VARs, or OEM channel partners

Track record of developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts across multiple sectors

Understanding of campus networking, data center networking, and enterprise wireless architectures
